(2002) UNICEF made a very shocking campaign back in 2002. When you want to sell something, rent an apartment or so forth you use these to make it easier for people to get your phone number: they rip a part out of it and they call you. That’s how they look, but what they are suggesting is that it is that simple to sell children these days on the black market. Simple and effective!
